Samadie Peaster

Samadie Peaster 96, of College Station, Ark. peacefully passed away on February 15, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfread Peaster Sr.; two sons, Isaiah, and Rev. James Peaster; two brothers, Henry and Isaiah Meecking; and two sisters, Ethel Thomas and Irene Meecking. Her loving survivors include: six children, Nancy Samantha Barfield-Adams of San Francisco, Calif, Alfread Jr., Madison, Sr., Mary Dewitt, Pearl Uduezue and Thessie Brown all of Little Rock, Ark.; two sisters, Dorothy Ealy and Mary Phifer of Oakland, Calif., and a host of nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Home going services will be Monday, February 25, 2013, 10 a.m. at Antioch Full Gospel Church, 3824 Antioch Blvd, College Station, Ark.. Interment will follow at Little Rock National Cemetery, 2523 Confederate Blvd., LR. Family visitation: Sunday, February 24, 2013, 6-7 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S.
