Elmer L. Gifford, 79, died Saturday. Survivors are wife, Brenda; one son, Todd Gifford; granddaughter Shelby Gifford; two brothers, Andrew and Algie Gifford; three sisters, Joyce Ponder, Peggy Gallardo, and Hellen Vaughan.
