Clara E. Fisher, 80, of Little Rock, departed this life February 25, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Penn Sr.; mother, Sylvia Penn; son, Greg Fisher; brother, David Penn; sister, Lorene Thomas. She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Willie L. Fisher; children, Wiletta, Stacie, Patrick (Danielle), Petrick (Mary), Rusty, Ricky and Darrell; siblings, LuAda Smith, Ruby Thomas, Linda Lemons, Russell Jr. (Neldia), Joseph (Donna), Darrell Penn and Ether Bruce; 24 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; special friends, Gracie Coleman, Rozena Brown, Margie Haney and Helen Fairfax; other relative and friends.
