Thomas Adam Trevino, 50 of Sherwood, died February 18, 2013. Thomas was born June 30, 1962 in Chicago, Ill. to the late Adam and Claryce (Manning) Trevino. Thomas is survived by wife of 32 years, Daria (Kapechuck) Trevino; children Angela Mackey, Thomas Trevino, Andrea Trevino, and Alex Trevino; son-in-law, Travis Bacon; grandchildren, Tyler, Kerrigan and Irelynn Mackey; siblings, Lisa, Johnny, and Adam Trevino; and many other relatives and friends.
