David Lee Cowen

DAVID LEE COWEN, 81, of Little Rock, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 10, 2013. David was born in Camden to Opal Cowen on Jan. 15, 1931. He served our country in the Korean War and then worked at International Paper Co. in Pine Bluff for 43 years. David was a member of Forrest Park Baptist Church in Pine Bluff where he served as a Deacon. He was a devoted, loving husband, father and grandfather. David loved the Lord; he was a servant of God and enjoyed working in many ministries at church. David was preceded in death by his mother and his twin sister; Janice Selph. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Bobbie; his daughter, Cheryl Triche, and one grandson, Garrett Triche. Visitation will be 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, with services following at 11 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Forest Hills, 10200 Hwy 5 N., Alexander, Ark.
