Charlotte Fraleigh Ashcraft

Charlotte Fraleigh Ashcraft, 78, of Benton, residing in Paris, Texas for the past two years, was received in heaven by her Savior, Jan. 11, 2013. She was born Oct. 12, 1934, in Little Rock. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Benton. She retired from Union Bank of Benton after 22 years. Mrs. Ashcraft was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd H. Ashcraft Sr.; parents, Ann Lindsey (Fraleigh) and Ed Goose; sisters, Roseanne Wheeler and Sunny Red; brothers, Lindsey Fraleigh and Charles Fraleigh; daughter, Paula Sue Hanvey; granddaughter, Christina Joy Hanvey; and son Eli Wolfe. Mrs. Ashcraft is survived by son, David Tremor and wife Susan of Cumby, Texas; daughter, Cindie Martin and husband Timothy Tay of Paris, Texas; son, Lloyd Ashcraft Jr. and wife Glenda of Fayetteville; daughter, Dona Young and husband Morris of Little Rock; 14 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047) with Dr. Rick Grant officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Serving as pallbearers grandsons, Jared Tremor, Trey Ashcraft, Justin Hanvey, Alan Young, Tom Yelland, and Jim Moore.
