Mrs. Betty Sue Honey, age 77, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, formerly of Prescott, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013. Mrs. Honey was born on July 26, 1935, to Charlie and Vollie Campbell. She was a member of Charity Heights Missionary Baptist Church in Hot Springs and formerly a member of Central Baptist Church in Prescott, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. "Chuck" Honey, her son, Christopher Oren Honey, one granddaughter, Rachel Elizabeth Honey, her sister, Erma Lou Hignight, and two brothers, Charles T. Campbell and Edmond Campbell. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Marc and Judith Honey of Hot Spring, AR, her granddaughters, Ashton Honey of Washington, D.C., and Allie Honey of Fayetteville, Ark. Survivors also include her brother Wayne Campbell of Hope, Ark, and her sisters, Jo Ann Sneed of Hope, Ark. and Carolyn Sanford of Prescott, Ark. Pallbearers will be Randy Hignight, Rogers, Ark., Clay Sanford, Irving, Texas, Charlie Sanford, Hope, Ark., Johnny Campbell, Arkadelphia, Ark., Jason Campbell, Fayetteville, Ark., Josh McNatt, Benton, Ark., and Sam Campbell, Laneburg, Ark. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Brazzel/Cornish Chapel in Prescott, Ark, with Rev. Arlis East and Rev. Charles Lloyd officiating. Burial to follow at Laneburg Cemetery in Laneburg, Ark. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at the Brazzel/Cornish Chapel in Prescott.
