Leslie Diane Ivy

Leslie Diane Ivy, 34, of Jacksonville, born August 16, 1978 in Jacksonville to parents, William Emerson and Linda Sipes, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Jacksonville. She was also a part of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. She graduated from North Pulaski High School in 1996. She also graduated from the Baptist School of Nursing as a LPN. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Jones. Leslie is survived by her parents, Linda Sipes, William K. Emerson, and Susan Emerson; her son, Jonathan Ivy; and her former husband, Steve Ivy. She is also survived by her sister, Laura Henderson and husband, William; her step-sister, Chandra Porter, her step-brother, James Howerton; her aunt, Pamela Johnson, her niece, Hannah Henderson; her nephew, Devon Henderson; and numerous great-aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Arkansas Funeral Care, 2620 W. Main Street, Jacksonville, Ark. Funeral Service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Jacksonville. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
