Norma "Jean" Trippe

Norma "Jean" Trippe, 69, passed away at her home January 13th after a long battle with cancer. Jean retired from AISD Transportation and worked part time for Hyde Park Schools driving a bus until her cancer treatments prevented her from doing so. Jean is survived by her brother, Dean (Martha) Styers and sister Tammy (Rich), her children, Dennis, Greg (Kim), Robin (Michael) and Nikki (Jon); six 3/4 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Jean was a committed family member, leader and available to everyone at anytime. She loved her work and family and will be greatly missed. Memorial services will be Thursday evening, Jan. 17, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with Dr. Ken Baldwin officiating.
