Leighton Robert McGill

Leighton Robert "Bobby" McGill, 85, of Chidester, Ark. died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden. He was born May 24, 1927 in Chidester. He was a retired accountant for Mobile Oil Company, a member and ruling elder of the Tate's Bluff Presbyterian Church, a graduate of the University of Arkansas and a World War II veteran stationed in the Philippines. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Nettie Davidson McGill and three brothers Lovick William "Billy" McGill, Bruce Davidson McGill and Walter Gee McGill. He is survived by a niece, Iva Jan McGill of Bastrop, Texas. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Missouri Cemetery near Chidester.
