Jerry Lee Ruple

JERRY LEE RUPLE, 66, of Little Rock, died June 29, 2013. He was born March 26, 1947 in Little Rock, the son of Marvin and Elaine Chavis Beall Ruple. A Navy veteran of the Vietnam era, he retired from AFCO Steel in 2006 after 38 years of service. He was a kid at heart, loved to hunt and fish and take photos. His wife Myrl preceded him in death. He is survived by two step-sons, Jimmy (Martha) Hoover and Henry (Judy) Hoover; several nieces and nephews; extended family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey and Roth, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock (501) 661-9111. Funeral Services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ronnie Rudd officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park.
