Walter Lewis Shoptaw

Walter Lewis Shoptaw, age 75, of Little Rock, died Monday, July 1, 2013. Lewis was born February 19, 1938, to Walter Roy and Elby Bennings Shoptaw of Prattsville. He worked as a district manager for various insurance companies for 50 years. In later years, he was the owner/operator of Arkansas Limousine, LLC. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Walter Don Shoptaw of Prattsville. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Martha Campbell Shoptaw; his daughters, Cindy Hedrick (Mark) and Michele Jolliff (Kent) of Little Rock; son, Michael Shoptaw of Little Rock; son, Walter Bryan Morris of Jonesboro; seven grandchildren; and three sisters: Natha Lee Stuckey of Prattsville, Doris Reynolds of Benton, and Bernice Heaton of Germantown, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, July 5th, 2013 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Ark. 72209 (501) 455-5800.
