CHESTER WILLIAMS, 72, of Little Rock, Ark. departed this life on July 2, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wives, Marjorie and Norma Williams and both parents. He's survived by four sisters, Inez Jackson, Ruby Givens (Robert), Maggie Henderson and Susie Heard (Sydney), and one special niece and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Home going services will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, 10 a.m., at Lee Chapel AME Church, 421 W. 22nd Street North Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow with honors at Little Rock National Cemetery. Family hour will be Tuesday, July 9, 2013, 6-7 pm, at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St. Little Rock, Ark.
