Thomas Edward Wayne Foster, 71, Maumelle died Monday at St. Bernards Medical Center. He is survived by two sons, Gary Foster of Jonesboro and Jerry Foster of Lake City; two sisters, Linda Sue Anderson of Conway and Shirley Baysinger; six grandchildren.
