CHESTER WILLIAMS, 72, of Little Rock, Ark. departed this life on July 2, 2013. Home going services will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, 10 a.m., at Lee Chapel AME Church, 421 W. 22nd Street North Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow with honors at Little Rock National Cemetery. Family hour will be Tuesday, July 9, 2013, 6-7 pm, at Ruffin and Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St. Little Rock, Ark.
