Elizabeth DeJoy Skipper, 94, of Little Rock died July 5, 2013 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born in Little Rock August 31, 1918, the daughter of Jake and Minnie Martin DeJoy. She worked as a secretary for Sterling Department Stores for over 30 years. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Roy, and loved traveling and fishing. An avid Razorback fan, she and her husband were longtime members of Western Hills Country Club. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers and 5 sisters, she is survived by a nephew, Aubrey Wood (Sue) of Springdale, Ark.; three nieces, Marcia Pomtree (Robert) of Little Rock, Shirley Hoey of Santa Rose, CA, and Pat Eyler (Tyse) of Jekyll Island, Ga.; and several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 W. 12th St., Little Rock (501) 661-9111 with a graveside service following at 11: a.m. at Little Rock National Cemetery with Rev.
