Sadie Adams

Sadie Pauline Adams, age 87, of Benton, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013. She was born December 1, 1925 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mattie Hunter and a son, James Earl Norris. She is survived by her husband, Doris Bud Adams of Benton; daughter, Emma Allard of Cleburne, Texas; five grandchildren, Tammy Jo Allard Sandifer, Pamela Marie Allard Weaver, Cynthia Lynn Allard Lucland, John Francis Allard Jr. and James Donald Allard and wife Yvonnie; eleven great-grandchildren and twenty great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 14 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 15 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at New Rosemont Cemetery.
