Betty Louise Schroeder

Betty Louise Schroeder, age 80, of Searcy was born July 31, 1932 to Otto Eugene and Zelma Florence (Seigel) Schroder and passed away July 13, 2013. She was a charter member of Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Searcy and lived her life as a devoted wife, mother, friend, and child of God. Betty is preceded in death by her parents; sister, LaFern Doepel and brother, Eugene Schroder. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Herbert A. Schroeder; three children, Kim Schroeder and wife, Jenese of Lonoke, Ark., Vicki Pierce and husband, Larry of Aromas, Calif., and Howell Schroeder and wife, Danielle of Lake St. Louis, Mo.; five grandchildren, Kim Schroeder Jr., Nicholas Schroeder, Audrey Bullock, Hayden Schroeder and Zach Lange. Memorials may be made to The Betty Schroeder Memorial Fund in care of Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, 2610 S. Main Street, Searcy, Ark. 72143. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
