Dana Paige Taylor

Dana Paige Taylor, 35, of Benton, born Oct. 8, 1977, died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Dana leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband, Todd Taylor, and their two sons, Hayden Gillespie and Zachery Taylor, of Benton, Ark. She is also survived by her parents, Mike and Regina Allison and one brother, Sean Allison, all of Aberdeen, Ark.; grandmothers, Mary Caudle of Gentry, Ark. and Lora Weatherly of Aberdeen, Ark.; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. Dana was a registered nurse and spent most of her career caring for infants in the NICU at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Dana was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and cherished friend to many. Her beautiful smile will be missed by all who knew her. Her passions were spending time with her family, watching her boys play sports and making trips to the beach. A visitation is scheduled on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at 6 p.m. A memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at 11 a.m. both at Holland Chapel Baptist Church, Benton, Ark. The family would like to express a special thank you to the doctors and staff of GastroArkansas for their loving concern and support throughout Dana's illness and to the entire staff of Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Okla. for the outstanding care and compassion for Dana and the family, and the multitude of friends who provided meals.
