Lester Campbell

Lester P. Campbell, 82, of Sherwood, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013. He was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church and was a retired Deacon and Sunday School Teacher. Mr. Campbell was a 32nd Degree Mason and the owner of C&P Carpets. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Billie Campbell; three sons, Delane Campbell and Randy Campbell (Lauri) all of Sherwood and Dennis Campbell (Denise) of Maumelle; sister, Shirley Campbell of Carlisle; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Clarice Campbell; and sister Claudia Williams. Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church Building Fund, 109 Tanglewood Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118. The family will receive friends form 10:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday at Faith Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Church with Dr. Freddie Holmes and Brother Bob Wiegel officiating.
