Michael Frederick Hoelzeman

Michael Frederick Hoelzeman, 55, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at his home in Morrilton. He was the son of the late Joseph Hoelzeman Sr. and Bernice Lienhart Hoelzeman. Born Feb. 4, 1958, he was a proud native of Morrilton, a faithful attendant and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council no. 5209. A graduate of Sacred Heart High School, he also held a horticulture degree from Petit Jean Vo-Tech Community College. He has owned and operated Hoelzeman Lawn Service in Morrilton for over 20 years. Michael is predeceased by his parents and a brother, Joe Hoelzeman Jr. He survived by his brother, Bruno (Susan); sisters, Mary Crutcher, Janie Hightower (Bob), Becky Hartman (Hank), Katie Hodge (Johnny), Agnes Bass (Lee), and Judy Hoelzeman (Al Schneider). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews whom he loved, and three aunts, Katherine DeSalvo, Trese Hoelzeman and Ish Lienhart. A Rosary will be held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, July 30 with visitation to follow from 6:30-8 p.m., at Bob Neal and Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Memorials in honor of Mike may be made to Sacred Heart School Endowment Fund.
