Shirley Blevins Woodson

SHIRLEY BLEVINS WOODSON, 67, of Little Rock, Ark. went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 26, 2013. She was born Aug. 7, 1945 in Augusta, Ga. to Robert and Martha Blevins of Tulsa, Okla. She was a graduate of Hall High School and she attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She was a member of Church at Rock Creek and worked at Chico's for seven years. Her passions were family, travel, shopping, fishing and the outdoors. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Joe A. Woodson. She is survived by two daughters, Kim Woodson of Little Rock; Christie Bell (Eugene) of Benton; one sister, Cindy Sing (Joe) of Tulsa; one brother, Randy Blevins (Judy) of Kansas; two grandsons, Dustin Frazier, Garrett Bell; one granddaughter, Rachel Hacker; four nieces, Angela Salmon (Marshal), Lisa Jo Velliquite (Don); Lisa Blevins, and Renee Stark (Ronald) and nephew, Michael Sing. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark., 72211 (501) 224-8300.
