Ruth Marie Jones

Ruth Marie Jones, age 84, of Little Rock, went home to be in the arms of Jesus on Monday, July 29, 2013. She now resides in the city where the roses never fade. She and her husband, Lee, were charter members of Capitol City Free Will Baptist Church, where she sang and played music for the Lord for many years. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Lee Jones of Little Rock; two sons, Monte Jones of Little Rock and David Jones and his wife, Jennifer, of East End, Arkansas; four grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 1, 2013, in the Capitol City Free Will Baptist Church with Bro. Jim Baker officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, 10 a.m. until service time at the church. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in the Glenwood Cemetery.
