Sammie Johnson-Sutton

Sammie Johnson-Sutton passed on June 9, 2013, at 1:30 am at St. Vincent Infirmary. She was the wife of the late Julius Cornelius Sutton Sr.; and daughter of the late Tommie Ephron and Nannie Mae Oneal-Johnson.one son, preceded her in death Julius Cornelius Sutton, Jr. She's survived by five daughters, Eunice Sutton Navors (Fate), Tommasine Sutton Mosley, Julia Sutton-Carlock (Louis), Vicki Sutton-Washington (William) and Valarie Sutton-Brown (Tony); one son, Harold Ephron Sutton (Taniece); 23 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and special friends. A celebration of her life will be on Saturday, June 15, 2013, 11 a.m., at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Haven of Rest Cemetery.
