Mary Ann Phillips of Little Rock went to be with Jesus on June 15, 2013. A Realtor for over 50 years, Mary Ann was the first female president of the Little Rock Board of Realtors and a two time winner of the Realtor of the Year award. She was a feisty, determined, generous woman with a big heart for her family, friends, and community. Committed to her community, Mary Ann served as president of Pulaski County Republican Women. Born June 4, 1925 in Montgomery, Alabama, she graduated Little Rock (Central) High School. Preceding her in death is her brother, Harry Linden, her husband D. Lee Phillips, her daughter and son-in-law April and Bill Rush. She is survived by her daughter Claudia (Larry) Parks, an "adopted son" John Holmes, grandchildren, Leigh Ann (Craig) Evans, Lindy (Chuck) Gschwend, Summer (Jeremy) Pruett, Liberty Parks, Christian Parks, and eight great-grandchildren. The funeral followed by visitation will be held at First Church of the Nazarene on Mississippi Avenue at 10 a.m. on Friday with Churck Gschwend officiating followed by a graveside service at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
