Jimmie C. Hayes, 76, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, formerly of Pine Bluff, passed away, Sunday, June 23, 2013. Services will be private. He is survived by his wife, Betsy; daughter, Laura Hulett and husband Chris; son, DeWayne Hayes; and grandchildren, Kevin and Claire Hulett. Arrangements are by Ralph Robinson & Son.
