James Earl Daniels

James Earl Daniels, age 66, of Lake Village, died Saturday, March 2, 2013, at his home. He was born Nov. 25, 1946 in Hot Springs, Ark., the son of the late Henry Daniels and Mae Evans Daniels. He was enlisted for a total of 20 years in the U. S. Navy (USS Towers) and Army National Guard (216th Medical, 1122nd Transportation, and 212 Signal). He was a veteran of both Vietnam and the Persian Gulf Wars and was a retired electrician and a member of Jennie Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sandy Daniels of Lake Village; a son, Jim Daniels of McGehee; two daughters, Jennifer Conner of Maumelle and Kim Wilkerson of Searcy; three sisters, Pat Sims of Leland, Miss., Ina Grace Taylor of Ft. Collins, Colo. and Evelyn Meeks of Crosby, Texas and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at Bishop Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Jennie Baptist Church with Bro. Dennis Green officiating. Burial will follow in Jennie Cemetery under the direction of Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village. Pallbearers are Michael Mills, Tommy Mills, Tony Mills, T. J. Mills, Bo Palmer, and Jimbo Berry.
