John Wayne Carter

John Wayne Carter, 66, of North Little Rock died March 5, 2013. A member of Graves Memorial Baptist Church, John had served in the Arkansas National Guard and was a longtime employee of both Winegardens and the Munsey Corporation. Preceded in death by his father, John Henry Carter, he is survived by his mother, Faye Carter and his brother, Sammy Carter, both of North Little Rock, a nephew Tony Carter and his wife, Kim of Harrison, Arkansas a great-niece, Kelsea, and many friends.
