Hattie Mae Boswell

Hattie Mae "Pat" Boswell, 82, of Cabot died Saturday, March 9, 2013. She was born Feb. 1, 1931 in Blueridge, Georgia to the late Avery and Dora Cantrell Walker. Hattie married her husband, Lloyd James Boswell, in Tooele, Utah on Oct. 23, 1951 and shared nearly 62 years with him. Mrs. Boswell was a member of the Church of Christ. It has been said that she was a "member" of the HSN jewelry shopping channel. She also enjoyed her flower garden and bowling. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Boswell was preceded in death by her son, Mike Boswell. Mrs. Boswell is survived by her husband, Lloyd James Boswell of the home; her daughters, Pamela Fitzhugh (Jack) of Butlerville, Kimberly Forbes (Ron) of Cabot and Sandra Heflen of Cabot; three sisters, Patsy Sue Scales, Dodie Walker and Betty Hill; three brothers, Bill Walker, Leonard Walker and David Walker; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park under the direction of Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home and Crematory, (501)982-2136.
