Jodie T. Carter of Little Rock, Ark. born June 7, 1912 passed March 17, 2013. He is preceded in death by wife; Lucille Carter. He is survived by three sons; Curtis Carter, Jimmy (Diane) Carter, Charles (Gwen) Carter, four daughters; Joann Carter, Diane Cohns, Barbara Carter, Cynthia Hart, sixteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
