Richard Allen Ward 60, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on March 15, 2013. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 22, 2013 at Harness Cemetery in Stone County Arkansas. Richard was born March 22, 1952 to Shirley and Wanda Ward.
