Austin Gregory Jarrett

Austin Gregory Jarrett, 25, of Cabot, died March 21, 2013. He was born in Jonesboro, Oct. 24, 1987. Austin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Cleatus Crawford, great-grandmother Neta Belle Doan, and companion Boots. He is survived by his parents, Greg and Cathy Jarrett of Cabot; sister and brother, Samantha and Ashton Neece of Pocahontas; grandparents, Nancy Jo Crawford of Pocahontas, Beverly and O.F. Scott of Cherokee Village, Ronnie Jarrett of Pocahontas and Elisha and Pat Neece of Pocahontas; great-grandparents, Bessie Jarrett of Fayetteville and Walter Doan of Walnut Ridge; aunts and uncles, Nancy and Gary Pugh of Pocahontas, Connie and Rusty Koonce of White House, Tenn., Carol and Frank MacIntosh of Collierville, Tenn. and Angie Jarrett of Pocahontas; cousins, Lynn Patterson, Justin Patterson, Daniel MacIntosh, Gregory Robbins, and Jarrett Handford, and his companions Chico and Bentley, a host of extended family and his church family and friends. Austin, our angel and special child, brightened our lives every day with his smile and laughter. He loved music, the Razorbacks, Rocky the Redbird, his school, balloons, and beads. He graduated from Cabot High School in 2008. He was currently attending Lonoke Exceptional School in Cabot. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 27th at Mount Tabor United Methodist Church, Highway 89 South, Cabot. The burial will be at 4 p.m. at Walnut Grove Cemetery (Elm Store), Highway 93, Pocahontas, Ark.
