Louis Edward Ruffin

Louis Ruffin of North Little Rock, Ark. was called home on March 20, 2013 to be with the Lord. He leaves to cherish special memories; wife, Minnie Ruffin; three children, Anthony Ruffin (Margaret) of Little Rock, Ark., Phyllis Harvey of North Little Rock, Ark., and Debbie Johnson (Eric) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; two brothers, Clifton Phillips Jr. and Charles Foote; three sisters, Joyce Foote-Bell, Dorothy Phillips and Audrey Faye Ruffin-Cubillas; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and special friends. Home going services will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013, 11 a.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church, 2nd & Smothers, North Little Rock, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Rest In Peace Memorial Gardens, Hensley, Ark. Family visitation will be Thursday, March 28, 2013, 6-7 p.m. at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S.
