Osie L. Roark, 66, of Little Rock, departed this life March 23, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cassandra Roark; daughter, Vivan Roark; father, Herbert Williams Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Iola Phillips; siblings, Dorsey Roark, Peggy Phillips, Helen Stewart, Herbert Jr., Columbus, Michael, Arthur, Billy Rae and Martha (Faye) Lee; four grandchildren; other family and friends.
