Billy Wayne Teal

Billy Wayne Teal, 73, of Hazen, passed away, Wednesday, March 27, 2013. He was a former truck driver, a veteran, and a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, G.D. and Pauline Teal. He leaves behind his sweetheart and angel, Vickie Foster, the light of his life; one daughter, Jamie Tosh of Hazen; one son, Wayne Teal of Jonesboro; two step-daughters, Melissa Critcher of Tuckerman and Beverly Helm of Newport; brother, Bobby Teal and wife, Patty of Newport; one, son-in-law, Shane Tosh of Hazen; four grandchildren, Jonathan (Shana) Blagg of De Valls Bluff, Shannon Blagg of Hazen, and Morgan and Braden Tosh and three great-grandchildren, Chloe, Hunter, and Abby. Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2013 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Westbrook Funeral Home in Hazen.,Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Center Point Baptist Church with burial in the Center Point Cemetery with arrangements by Westbrook Funeral Home of Hazen.
