George Wiley Wagnon

George Wiley Wagnon, age 75, of Warren, Ark. died Thursday March 28th at the John R. Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, Ark. He was born August 3, 1937 in Monticello, Ark. a son of the late Floyd Wagnon and Georgia Berryman Wagnon. He was owner and operator of George Wagnon Trucking, a member of the First Baptist Church in Warren, served in the United States Army and was a member of the Texas National Guard. Also preceding him in death was a son, Ronald Scott Wagnon and three brothers, Bobby Wagnon, Bruce Wagnon and Keith Wagnon. Survivors include his wife Laura White Wagnon whom he married March 14, 1997 and a son, Clay Wagnon and spouse Brenda, Warren, Ark. His mother-in-law, Elizabeth White, Warren, Ark., two sisters-in-law, Elaine Wagnon and Amanda Wagnon both of Center, Texas and brothers-in-law, Walice White, Warren, Ark. and Phillip White, Eldorado, Ark. Funeral services 2 p.m. Saturday March 30th at the First Baptist Church. Burial in Williams Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home.
