James (Jim) L. Bryant

James (Jim) L. Bryant, 77, died Thursday March 28 at his home. He was born April 14, 1935 in Altoona, Ala. to Jess & Hazel Kinsey Bryant. Jim retired from Allstate Insurance after 25 years as an agent in Hot Springs. Survivors are his wife, Sylvia Bryant; four sons, Larry (Terri) Bryant, Tommy (Lisa) Bryant, Rodney Bryant and Mitchell Shuffield Jr (Vicky); six grandchildren, three great grandchildren; four brothers, Bill Bryant, Ernest Bryant, Randy Bryant and Albert Bryant; one sister, Uvadelle Penn and one aunt, Uva Breckling. Celebration of Life gathering will be Monday between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. in Brown Hall at the Quapaw Community Center at 500 Quapaw Avenue, Hot Springs, Ark. 71901.
