Martha "Jean" Morgan

Martha "Jean" Morgan, age 91, of Knoxville, Tenn., formerly of New Edinburg, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Monday morning, April 29, 2013. Jean was a member of First Baptist Concord and she was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of New Edinburg, Arkansas prior to moving to Knoxville in January 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband W.J. Morgan; daughter-in-law, Lanelle Morgan; grandson, Jason Thompson; great grandson, Casey Bowen; Niece, Lori Nichols; brothers, Dr. Sidney Frey and Kenneth Frey. Jean is survived by her children, Evelyn Bowen and husband Watt of New Edinburg, Arkansas, Larry Morgan and wife Betty of Fordyce, Arkansas, Virginia Mann of Knoxville; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 4th at Smith Morgan Cemetery with Rev. Tony Adkins officiating.
