Alfred Medlin

Alfred J. Medlin, born May 7, 1930, of Bauxite, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior, May 3, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Barbara Ledbetter Medlin; daughters, Linda DePriest and husband, Phillip, of Bauxite, Mary Alsup and husband, James, and Elaine Davis and husband, Richard, of Benton; grandchildren, Lindsay and Will Henderson, Patrick and Rebecca Barnes, Kevin Barnes, M.D. and Bryan Buchanan, M.D., and Shelley and Jason Blakeney all of Texas, Luke and Christen Alsup, Adam and Amber Davis of Benton, and great-grandchildren, Connor and Claire Henderson, Kate Blakeney, Hayley and Hayden Alsup and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by beloved son, Scott Thomas Medlin. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday, May 6, 2013 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047) with Bro. Davey McCool and Bob Evans officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Bauxite. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the funeral home.
