Dorothy L. Settles of North Little Rock, born April 12, 1945 passed away May 2, 2013. She is survived by two sons; Vincent Settles and Keith (Victoria) Settles, one daughter; Elana Settles, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one niece; Brenda Daniels, three great-nieces, one great-nephew; Vincent (LaToya) Davie, a host of other relatives and friends.
