Mary Pearl Harbuck Mosley was born on August 11, 1931, to Joe Bailey and Doris Coffey Harbuck in Nacogdoches, Texas, and passed away on May 8, 2013. Mary Pearl had lived in Parkway Village in Little Rock since April 2, 2000. Mary Pearl attended and graduated from Malvern High School in 1949. After graduation she attended Texas State College for Women in Denton, Texas. After two years she transferred to the University of Arkansas, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics. She taught Home Economics in Fayetteville and Science in Springdale. She taught in the Searcy School System in lower elementary and kindergarten for eighteen years. She received her Master's Degree from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Mary was a Principal at Westside Elementary in Searcy, for over five years. After retirement the Mosley's moved to Parkway Village in Little Rock in 2000. She loved her church, First Methodist Church in Searcy and Immanuel Baptist in Little Rock, where she was active in both, Bible Study Fellowship and Community Bible Study. Two of her loves were studying our Lord's word. Activities in Immanuel includes, L.L.L. Sunday School Class, WMU, Prayer Groups, "Watchmen on the wall", Hospitality Committee and The Lord's Supper Committee and teaching First and Second Grade Sunday School Class. She met Bill Mosley while still at the U of A, they lived in Northwest Arkansas until Bill completed his bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Master's Degree in Economics. Mrs. Mosley was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Doris Harbuck; grandparents. Charles and Pearl Harbuck and Josephine and William Coffey; sons, Wiley William Mosley III and Dr. Mark Woodson Mosley. She is survived by her husband, one son James B, Mosley (Vonda) of Conway; grandchildren, Jamie (Will) Rhinehart, Tommy Mosley, Mary Mosley, Adrian Griffey and Parry Reagan; two great-grandchildren, Russell Rhinehart and Brookliyn Cargile. Services will be held Monday, May 13, 2013, 10 a.m., at Immanuel Baptist Church, visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at 12 p.m., at Memorial Park in Camden. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 12, 2013 from 3-5 p.m., at the funeral home.
