Rita Carol (Elmore) Taggart, 61, of Lonoke, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Rita was born September 26, 1951 in Searcy. She is preceded in death by her parents, George Ed and Earnestine Flake. She was very passionate about her grandchildren and loved them very much.
