Timothy Utt, 55 of Little Rock, died Monday. Loving husband, son, and uncle, with a strong determination. Survived by wife of 18 years Bernice Utt, mother Gladys Utt, sister Tammy Long, brother Scotty Utt, many nieces and nephews.
