Norma Jean Bell, 76, passed away on May 1, 2013, at the Crystal Oaks Nursing Home in Crystal City, Missouri. Services will be Saturday, May 11, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Hoggard & Sons Chapel. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, is in charge of the arrangements.
