Janice Lyle Millner, 86, a resident of Mountain Home, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2013, at the Care Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Arrangements are private. Burial will be in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo., under the direction of Conner-Hankins Funeral Home.
