John T. Evans

John T. Evans, 78, of Little Rock died May 14, 2013. Born October 1, 1934 in Little Rock, he was the son of Leslie C. and Eula Ballard Evans. A retired supervisor with Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan, he was of the Baptist Faith and a Navy veteran of the Korean Era. Preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Virginia, and a brother, Rick Harkins, he is survived by sons, John T. Evans Jr. and his wife, Michele, of Mesa, Ariz. and Michael R. Evans; brothers, Leslie Paul Evans of Benton, Arkansas, and Dan Harkins; a sister, Linda Heathcock of Conway; grandchildren, John T. Evans III, Christopher C. Evans, Michael A. Evans, and Shane Evans and great-grandchildren, Catelynne E. Evans and Alyssa E. Evans. Graveside services will be held at Cane Creek (Bethel) in Grant County Sunday at 2 p.m. with Rev.
