MARY BAKER, 81, of North Little Rock passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 after a brief battle with cancer. She was born Aug. 9, 1931 in Juneau, Wis., to the late Edminnie and George Hartman Sr. She was preceded in death by her son, Bruce Baker, six brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her husband John; sons, Fred (Cindy), Paul (Sharon), Peter (Missy), John Jr. (Jessica), Chad (Kelly) and Bill (Wendy); and daughters, Ann-Marie Baker, Kate Schuett, Chris Baker, Pat (Bobby) Wilkerson, Theresa Forsyth, Blanche (Greg) Matheny, Maggie (Ben) Wilson, and Aggie (Steve) Garner. Mary had 33 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mary was a faithful servant of God and a devout Catholic. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in North Little Rock. Her faith and her family were her life. She enjoyed frequent visits from her children and grandchildren. She was a football fanatic, and loved her Razorbacks and Green Bay Packers. She also loved quilting and making numerous masterpieces for her family. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 22 at North Little Rock funeral home, 1921 Main St, North Little Rock from 6 to 7 p.m. Rosary will follow at 7 p.m. Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, May 23 at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 7000 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock.
