Mr. Carl Vaughn, 73, of Brookland died Thursday in Jonesboro. Mr. Vaughn was preceded in death by wife, Mary Vaughn. Survivors include son, Scott Vaughn; daughters, Tammy Harmon and Kelly Stevens.
