RUSSELL RAY FRAIM JR., 88 of Little Rock, passed away on Wednesday May 22, 2013. Russell was born on Feb. 16, 1925 in Pine Bluff, Ark. to the late Russell Ray Sr. and Eunice Satterwhite Fraim. He is also preceded in death by one sister; Marjorie Hutson. After high school Russell joined the Marines and proudly served his country in WWII as well as the Korean War. After his time in the military he worked for Southwestern Bell and retired after more than 42 years of service. In his spare time he loved playing golf, working in the yard and more than anything, spending time with his family. He was a long time member of Pulaski Heights Baptist Church in Little Rock where he loved his church family. He was always looking out for the needs of others, and would do anything to lend a helping hand. Russell is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Betty Lou Reynolds Fraim; two daughters, Rebecca (Paul) Owen and Elizabeth Ann (Charles) Dixon; three grandchildren, Melissa Kay Owen, Jeffrey Paul (Kristin) Owen, and Katie Elizabeth Dixon; one great-grandson, Wesley Latham and family friend, Bill Sterk, all of Little Rock. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Highway 5 North, Alexander, Ark. 72002. Online guestbook: www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/chenal.
