Jason Brent McInturff

Jason Brent McInturff stepped into eternity on Saturday, May 25, 2013, in Searcy, Arkansas. Jason was born and grew up in Searcy. He is preceded in death by a sister, Lisa McInturff; a brother, Shane McInturff; maternal grandparents Delbert and Pauline Hopkins of Judsonia; and paternal grandparents Dale and Audra McInturff of Searcy. He is survived by two sons, Nicholas Shane and Elijah Brent of Searcy; his parents, Lynne and Tom Deboth of Little Rock, and Bob and Anne McInturff of Little Rock; two sisters, Leah Davis and Tamra Woodruff, both of Little Rock; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jason loved hunting, fishing, God's creation and the outdoors, and he believed in the saving grace of Jesus. He never met a stranger, loved to spend time with his family and friends, and was so proud of his sons. Services for Jason will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel of Searcy. Visitation will be from 1 until 2 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to 1st Security Bank to the Jason McInturff Memorial College Fund for Jason's sons.
